The hotel offered to book a taxi at 50 euros to go from Brussels central to the airport. I found this service on TripAdvisor and booked directly with a quote of 37 euros.

The communication was fantastic, initially an email saying the reservation would be confirmed in 2 hours. Shortly afterwards received a confirmation with driver name, car details and contact #. Next morning we received updates by an email and cell phone that the car had been dispatched. Driver arrived on time in a new clean BMW and delivered us to airport.

Highly recommend the service and would use again.
