Poor pick up service !!
The taxi was more than 15 minutes too late to pick me up for the airport . Nobody called me , not the driver and not the taxi company . I had to call the company 3 times before they told me when the taxi would arrive .
Sorry for the confusion . I am talking about the pick up at my home to go to the airport .
No information from you about your delay of more than 15 minutes .

Unfortunately we try to do the best to be on time or in advance but sometimes it is not possible. (Accident, traffic jam, police dam, ect ….)
