Changement de chauffeur, pas de communication.
Le chauffeur annoncé dans l’email n’était pas notre chauffeur car la centrale lui avait demandé de prendre une autre course. Je n’ai pas reçu d’email annonçant le changement, je pense qu’il est nécessaire de communiquer avec le client et de lui envoyer un e-mail avec les coordonnées du chauffeur remplaçant celui annoncé dans la confirmation. Le chauffeur qui nous a finalement conduit à la maison était très bien.

Vous avez dû recevoir un UPDATE du changement par mail et aussi vous recevez un sms automatique avec le nom et le numéro du chauffeur qui s’occupe de vous, même si un changement de dernières minutes à été fait.
